i wasnt thinking about exactly where the bearing is, if the oil did make it in there it would be thrown out into the piping heading to the IC's. im sure that bearing does wear out though and oil does get thrown into the intake piping if you read my lower post. when i said the intake side of the turbo sees vacuum, was thinking of the intake tube in general, but that little space where the back side of the compressor wheel meets up with the bearing would not have a vacuum. due to centrifical forces, i would imagine any oil getting past that seal to be thrown to the edge, and force out of the turbo, like your saying. i think.
